We are seeking a Parts Manager for our client in Merrimack County, NH. Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven leader to drive growth. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic service advisor team, skilled technicians, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of managing inventory and parts advisors, demonstrate an ability to run an efficient and productive parts department, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hire, train, develop and motivate the parts department staff and monitor their performance.
  
• Develop and monitor budgets for the parts department and keep dealership management informed of variances.
  
• Ensure that the parts department meets all customer satisfaction (CSI) and financial goals.
  
• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and ensure they are met.
  
• Manage inventory levels and obsolescence.
  
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
  
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
  
• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect parts department operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know, etc.
