Consultant, Customer Success
Location : On client's site - 3x/week - Warren, MI Reports to : Director, Client Success Job Summary As a Consultant in the OEM Customer Success organization, you will act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for one of our largest clients. You will serve as a reliable source of insight and advice on automotive sales, pricing, incentives, and residual values to drive client satisfaction and retention. This role is part of the OEM Customer Success organization comprised of the world’s top automotive analysts, offering opportunities to consult with industry leaders and support decisions impacting billions of dollars in OEM profitability. This role will be heavily relied upon to create uniquely valuable analysis using JD Power’s proprietary datasets and to delivery those insights to our client. This role supports the growth of our business through the creation of effective case studies highlighting the value that JD Power’s data and services deliver. Key ResponsibilitiesThis role offers significant exposure to all levels at our OEM clients, from working level to the C-Suite. As a key part of a high-performing and collaborative team, you will have control over your career growth with mentorship from leadership. You will be positioned to become a future leader within J.D.
