Royal Star Realty Inc. is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to support our clients and internal team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, managing communications, and working independently from home.
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Provide information about services, listings, and appointments
Schedule appointments and route requests to the appropriate team members
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed
Perform basic administrative tasks and data entry
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or call-center experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Experience in real estate or administrative support
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
