Juvenis Maxime, established in 2021, is an academy specializing in providing high-quality, practical, creative, and engaging career projects related to the Exploration, Orientation, and Development of an international career path for young individuals aspiring to succeed in their future careers. This program is tailored for middle school, high school, and university students. The program will be launched and supervised by a team of foreign experts with extensive practical experience and a highly successful track record in their respective fields.

As such, we are looking for experienced and knowledgeable professionals in Human Resources (HR Business Partner / Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Manager / Learning & Development Consultant) to guide our mentees in exploring and developing their careers, including technical knowledge and skills in the industry. Your insights will ensure our program content is current, relevant, and aligned with industry standards and practices.

RESPONSIBILITES

The successful candidate will be able to:

- Design hands-on projects/ activities for students to practice and understand the careers in Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, and HR strategy.

- Share insights on real HR practices such as workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR technologies.

- Ensure the project content is practical, realistic, and closely mirrors the actual work and challenges faced by architects/ construction professionals.

- Offer insights into various career paths, educational requirements, and professional development opportunities within the industry.

- Assist mentees in setting and achieving career goals through action plans, skill development, and networking strategies.

- Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions to address specific challenges, offer advice, and provide constructive feedback.

- Help mentees identify and develop the essential skills required to excel in their chosen areas of specialization.

- Provide feedback on mentees' technical reports to help them effectively demonstrate their skills and competencies.

- Support mentees in navigating job searches, securing internships or entry-level positions, and advancing their careers in Human Resources.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources roles (e.g., talent acquisition, employee relations, L&D, compensation & benefits, HR business partnering).

- Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and current HR tools and trends.

- Experience working in corporate, nonprofit, or consulting settings.

- Experience with curriculum development or instructional design is a plus.

- Mentoring, coaching, or training experience is highly desirable.

JOB TYPE: Remotely, hourly job, project-based

RATE : $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
