Our client, a distinguished CEO, is seeking a Junior Butler to join their team and provide impeccable personal service while supporting the seamless operation of a sophisticated luxury home in West Hollywood. This role reports directly to the Senior Butler / House Manager and offers the opportunity to work in an elite, collaborative environment where attention to detail and excellence are paramount. The ideal candidate demonstrates confidence in serving meals and hosting guests, and brings a calm, polished, and highly anticipatory service style. Job Description: The Junior Butler will oversee the organization and presentation of the home, including maintaining inventories for dressing rooms, bathrooms, and personal amenities. They will ensure every space is prepared to the highest standard for family and guest arrivals, assist with household and entertaining duties, and support culinary service, including ordering, reservations, bartending, and collaboration with the Chef. The role also includes managing errands, personal shopping, vehicle oversight, and providing discreet, anticipatory support to both the family and household staff. Qualifications: The ideal candidate brings at least three years of experience in private service or luxury hospitality, with deep knowledge of Los Angeles and a refined understanding of elite household operations. They are energetic, highly organized, and service-minded, demonstrating discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the household with grace. Compensation: The position offers a competitive annual salary beginning at $80,000, complemented by benefits, within a household committed to excellence and refined living.
