JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities

• Inspect, reject, or accept product according to visual standard, dimensional, and other requirements.
• Validation/PV testing of product according to specification and other procedural requirements
• Documentation and recordkeeping
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Duties

• Work in a factory environment with significant temperature variations.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements for up to 12 hours daily.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Operate forklifts and handle material as required.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
• Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurately use scales, calipers, rulers, and depth gauges.
• Perform data entry and utilize Microsoft Office applications.
• Learn and apply API Q1 and/or ISO 9001 principles.
• Read and interpret drawings, instructions, and repair/assembly documentation.
• Cross-train and adapt to multiple tasks and duties across departments.

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic math skills and strong computer literacy.
• Ability to learn technical repair processes, guidelines, and procedures.
• Strong dependability, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
