Registered Nurse (RN) – Evening Shift (3 PM – 11 PM)

We at EMPRO Staffing are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team at Cobble Hill Health Center for the 3 PM – 11 PM shift only .

Position Details:

• Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM only
• Schedule: Full-time
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required – no exceptions
• Pay Rate: $53/hour
• OT Rate: $79.50/hour
• Holiday Rate: $79.50/hour

Requirements:

• Active NY State RN License
• 1–2 years of RN experience required
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

Hourly Rate: $53

OT & Holiday Rate: $79.50/hour

Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday

Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across various healthcare settings, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and post-discharge instructions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on clinical evaluations.
• Participate in professional development and training to maintain clinical competency and stay updated on best practices.
• Adapt to fluctuating patient care needs and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
