Position: Site Manager 

Type: Full-Time 

Location: NAWCTSD Orlando. FL 

Travel: 10% 

Position Summary:   

Key management role responsible for day-to-day contract execution, personnel supervision, customer liaison, and deliverable quality for all Visual Information Support Services (VISS) activities. 

Duties and Responsibilities:    

• Manage execution of all VISS contract requirements

• Serve as primary point of contact for Government

• Supervise and coordinate daily work of contractor personnel 

• Monitor deliverables for quality and timeliness 

• Attend meetings as requested by the Government 

• Apply programmatic controls (scheduling, resources, QC) 

• Review all monthly deliverables before Government submission 

Required Skills and Abilities:  

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience 

• 5+ years' experience managing multimedia or visual support teams 

• Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience 

• Familiarity with US Navy policies and procedures

• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance

• Proficient in English (read/write/speak)

Physical Demands and Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk, listen, and write. The employee frequently is required to use foot/ankle motions, hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
