Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School Early Childhood Nursery Assistant Part Time Position  Beginning in January 202628 to 35 Hours/week  Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School is seeking a part-time Nursery Assistant to begin in January 2026. Responsibilities include: support of the lead teacher and students during the school day, an understanding of Waldorf Early Childhood philosophy, attendance at required school events as outlined at the beginning of each term, and weekly meetings with the lead teacher and other EC colleagues. Expectations for professional conduct are outlined in the HVS Faculty handbook. Timeliness, being in close communication with the lead teacher, and appropriate confidentiality are essential. Daily hours are from 8am - 3pm, 4 - 5 days/week. This assistant position is paid at a rate of $20/hour.
