1.Daily Care for Children
Be responsible for the daily life care of children during their time in the kindergarten, including but not limited to assisting children in dressing, washing, eating, taking naps, etc. Provide meticulous care according to the age characteristics and individual needs of children to ensure that they live in a comfortable and safe environment.
2.Maintenance of Class Environment
Keep the classroom and activity areas clean and hygienic. Regularly carry out cleaning and disinfection work to create a clean and healthy learning and living space for children. Assist teachers in decorating the classroom environment. Update the display content according to the teaching theme and children's interests to stimulate children's learning interests and exploration desires.
3.Safety Assurance for Children
Always pay attention to the safety of children's activities and prevent and avoid accidents. During outdoor activities, games, etc., closely monitor to ensure that children abide by the activity rules and promptly correct dangerous behaviors. Be familiar with the kindergarten's safety emergency plan and be able to take rapid and effective measures to ensure the safety of children's lives in case of emergencies.
4.Assistance in Teaching Activities
Actively cooperate with foreign teachers to carry out teaching activities, such as assisting in preparing teaching materials and arranging the teaching venue. During the teaching process, pay attention to the learning status and reactions of children, and provide timely help and guidance to ensure the smooth progress of teaching activities. Utilize your own language advantages to communicate with children in daily life, create a good English - language environment, and improve children's English listening and speaking abilities.
5.Home - Kindergarten Communication and Collaboration
Maintain close communication with parents, regularly feedback the children's life and learning situations in the kindergarten, and listen to parents' opinions and suggestions. Actively participate in activities such as parent - teacher meetings and parent - open days, introduce the kindergarten's educational concepts and teaching methods to parents, and enhance parents' understanding and support for the kindergarten's work. Assist teachers in handling parents' questions and complaints, and jointly promote the healthy growth of children.
6.Participation in Training and Learning
Actively participate in various training and learning activities organized by the kindergarten, and continuously improve your professional knowledge and skill levels. Understand advanced domestic and foreign conservation education concepts and methods, apply and innovate in combination with actual work, and improve the quality of conservation work. Exchange and share experiences with other conservation teachers and teachers to make progress together.
